have u ever seen as many of them these days? sitting around especially in the sunny weather drinking leaving their stinking mess behind them cans broken bottles etc. indecent behavior breaking the law doing what they like they've started coming round my area(a very posh area!) recently how do u approach this vermin what are yere experience with these vermin?

dunno - I only mingle with the vermin in here. The smells not as bad and the mods have ta clean the gaff afterwards.

dont approach em. if they approach u, theyll probably ask u for a cigarette. make sure u give em one. in most cases theyll say thanx and walk away. but if u say u dont smoke, expect a violent reaction.............i hate those bastards

Don't go near them, call the cops, if they're not busy they'll come over, but if you really want a reaction tell them you think they have drugs........... that'll speed em up...........
Although it is illegal to drink in public, it's not high on the cops agenda, public order is the problem....

I Was in Dublin at the start of the week went for a half hr to St Stephens Green scumbag comes over looking for a cigarette told him I dont smoke he calls me a Wanker I just smiled coz I guess I just thought it was safer to look on it like this scumbag says what the fuck u laughing at? I had to leave jeez I hate these people.....

I dunno, I've seen alright-looking people loitering around drinking a little but not drunk in public places. I'd reserve "scumbags" for the type of people that pull knives on escorts and stuff.

Actually I don't ever do that, no. I just don't think some people see a big problem with hanging around a reasonably secluded place with a couple of drinks. Especially eastern europeans I think.
It's not like they're pissing in public (well usually).

Just over do the Limerick accent, I mean really put it on, I find when im out of the city in Dublin or Cork and I use the accent leting them know im from Limerick they usually back down.
Calling the cops like Luther suggested will get you no where as theyll just come back with a point to prove, best not to intimidate them and they will hopefully move on
