Well actually to be serious about it, getting a colonic is ment to be very good for you. I never had one done. But I think for health reasons it would be a good idea.

Now apparently getting it done once a year is enough. But there are folks that like getting it done frequently which is bad. I think frequent wash-outs gets rid of the natural ass bacteria people need. This can lead to ass problems.

So once a year is enough.
