I started a thread a few months ago bout STIs after i was paranoid bout catchin one from a ts escort. I got the all clear on those tests.

Bein paranoid still i started lookin at hiv testin. I go tested about 10 days after me encounter. Should I get tested again? What are the chances of gettjn HIV from an escort . I think the chances r very extremely low but I wanted to ask.

You would have got all this info at the HIV clinic. Next thing you want to get tested for is, your paranoia.

This is just wrong. Both TS escorts and the clients that visit them are at a higher risk than most groups at contracting HIV.

Then mix drugs which is prevalent in the TS/TV scene, into the equation, and the risk is even higher.

Floki means having unprotected sex with a stranger is riskier than protected sex with an escort TS or otherwise. This is true.

When a doctor operates or examines or blood samples a patient, he assumes every patient has HIV and takes the necessary precautions.

Escorts are exactly the same. They are also professionals. Having sex with a surgeon is as risky as an escort!
