I definitely won't admit it!, I just think they won't have proof, unless they have a hidden camera inside the apartment with footage of me in the act of handing money and doing the biz...

Two men went to visit an escort, one paid and had sex, the other one was just a friend and dropped in for a 30min chat, both came out and got interrogated by the Gardai, both accused but one was actually innocent, how will they even know which one is telling the truth if both say "I was just visiting a friend"

    Thanks for you answer

Giving my home details would freak me out too, would they come knocking at my door and let my whole family know?

I wouldn't diss the Guards here silo, If they decide to properly enforce this law and you're nabbed inside the Escorts apartment then they won't need you to admit anything, they won't need a hidden camera either or even need to see you handing over the money, you're already done for. I don't get why some people can't grasp that yet.

not disagreeing with you, I have no idea what they would do. Just saying though, I have many female friends, what if I go visit a friend for a chat in their apartment, did't even know she was an escort, came out the block and got done for? done for visiting a friend?

They couldn't do you for that. They just fish for information to which you say no comment or i was just visiting a friend. Its highly unlikely they would visit your home address. Don't worry, if you visit independent escorts who handle their business professionally you will be ok.

They would have to assume both men are innocent unless there's evidence to show that money was exchanged for sex, or there was a promise to exchange money for sex.

Be careful with telling lies too, because lies can easily fall apart if something contradicts what you've said previously. Others have said remaining silent is probably the best thing to do.
