To answer your question if i had enjoyed my time with her then yes I would see her even if a few years had passed I wouldn't find it awkward at all. I know there are a couple of ladies that have been gone for some time that i would jump at the chance to see again if they ever returned.

You did not say but over that length of time, did a friendship develope ?
Can happen and if that were to fall aside for whatever reason, then yeah, would be difficult to go back.
