HI Cindy,

It is not ok that anyone does this. Removal of a condom without consent, continuation of activity after saying no, any of these things count as sexual assault in Ireland. (North or South).

Can i suggest that you contact SWAI for support with the investigation.

DNA is not the only evidence that can convict someone. Whatever records you have of conversations, bookings, etc will help.
