Confusion over anal active/passive question on escort profile?

I have met quite a few ladies who were unsure what it meant and when they selected Passive on their profile, it turns out they aren’t into taking part. Shouldn’t the option be Yes/No/Undisclosed ?

When it comes to favourites, there are 2 favourites that come under for anal.
Anal Giving and Anal Receiving

I'm pretty sure he isn't referring to the favorites, but to the "General" part of the profile. Can be searched for under "Type - Anal Preference".
