Is there an option for live chat on EI? I've seen it on other boards, just curious if it is a possibility here.

There used to be but they removed it.

Hopefully they might bring it back sometime.

There was a lot of activity for staff because of the chat rooms so they got rid of it.

Already did, when they changed the website and asked for feedback (as far as I remember) No mention of it since then.
