Due to the mix of materials used in manufacture and the use of bright lighting, a toilet seat should be bacteria and germ free provided that it is visibly clean and hasn't been used for a few minutes.
But are those materials used in manufacture only toxic to germs and bacteria?

People seriously are just complete strange or f**ked up in their heads.
Remember quite recently a woman rubbed her period blood allover her face and she stated that she will keep on doing it till people don't find it disgusting.
And another girl ate her own used tampon.

Why would anybody do such things?

Nothing strange or f**ked up at all. Just a extreme case of , "look at me, look at me." Lot of it about, usually just not quite extreme.

Thats because chopping boards are made from food safe ingredients therefore not as toxic to germs and bacteria or humans.
