Same here, but I have decided not to go ahead with a couple of bookings recently as the lady insisted I stay on the phone as she guides me to her location, in the current climate no way am I doing that, no thank you.

For me txt is a big NO unless the guy is at the location and I can see him from the window, clients get carry away with sms, and for me, nothing beat the voice, the tone, the politeness of the clients with Sms u cannot feel that.

I dont mind confirming and cancelling with Sms but 1st contact must be a nice and polite phone call
