What would you do if you know where you caught a dose of herpes.
Would you name and shame or say nothing.
100 % know where i got it , but it's been playing on my mind whether to spill the beans or not.
Is it the decent thing to do for my fellow punters or is it a dirty thing to do on the escort.

For me this is not a question of name and shame that is very stupid and childish. You need to inform the lady who you think who got it from ? And how can you confirm 100% you got if from her. As adult if you decide to have unprocted sexual favourite as well and you catch something the blame have to be in both side, no one force you to practice unsafe sex. In fairness as you only have one post I don't think you should be allowed to name anyone. No offence but I think it would set a bad precedent if people could just register and then say I got x y or z from a b or c.

I would advise first to contact the escort in cause and deman her to seek medical treatment. However, based on what I read on the net, there is no cure at the moment for genital herpes

That is some crazy stuff and i dont envy you. Herpes is a form of coldsore but you get it below and like with a common coldsore it comes and goes for the duration of your life, while having an outbreak you must refrain from any intimate encounters a sit is so highly contageous its scary. I think you are being very unfair to say name and shame the escort, she had to get it from someone too!
