Cologne - Frankfurt

Heading over to Amsterdam in March and from there getting the train to cologne and thinking about going to frankfurt then, just the 1 night in each.

For anyone that has been to these places is it worth going to both German cities or should i just stick with one and spend more time in the one place?

I'm seeing people mention that frankfurt is the best city in terms of quantity and FKK clubs?

Any recommendations of where to go in both cities? Looking for true FKK clubs.
Never been to an FKK club before , how do they work ?
