Ok, I'm going to be blunt here and i apologise in advance but that is a stupid question, the taller the man is in comparison to the woman the more he has to arch his back and bend his neck and vice versa if she is the taller, so there is no need to worry about logistics unless your 7" mickey is a foot wide, then you got a real problem and BTW if this is what you are thinking about you got bigger problems
