When going to meet someone in apartment go for a walk around the area she lives at couple of hours beforehand. Pay attention to people standing around outside or sitting in cars with no intention to drive. Also if you don't spot any chances are if they see you twice on the same day they will assume that you live around there and / or have business around the place so you hang out for much longer than a punter would.
