Am afraid so, being a voyeur when you've paid them to perform any sexual act, fetish or perversion all counts!
What if I paid myself to watch myself wanking in the mirror?
    As opposed to wanking here?

An outcall to an hotel is probably the only 100% safe option, However, it would be an expensive pleasure. For those of us who live alone an outcall to your house or apartment would be another option, but unfortunately in the interest of their safety a lot of ladies won't take appointments at private addresses. You also have the nosy taxi driver syndrome (more apt in small town Ireland) unless the lady drives herself.

Hotel incalls are pretty safe as well
It’s the apartments in dodgy parts of town

After they have a set number of how many go in and out of the apartment during a day, they then decide that it is an escort and that is when they make their move.

But the issue is that they cannot really prove that sex took place in exchange for money, they can only speculate that sex had taken place.

When the that person leaves the building, then the police will usually grab that person to one side and then will question them, asking that person if they know the lady and ask if they know the escorts real name (police will somehow have notes of the escorts information), but as many don't know the escorts real name, they give the escorts name out.
So for the police, this to them is their prove that sex in exchange for money had taken place.

I myself would not tell them anything, or say that I had a massage only.
They cannot really force you to them what they want to hear.
Do you know the police actually do this, or is it speculation? I have never heard of the police doing anything like this is the north.

There is a simple way to beat this legally. As the Italians have done, for a long time now.
Ladies, you are no longer "sex workers" you are becoming " actresses and erotic models"...Punters,you are now taking up the cinematic and photographic arts as hobbies...Or professionaly too. We wont be paying for sex anymore,we will be paying to for you to "audition in a new upcoming amatuer adult film, for a international porn site".Ireland is going to have a sudden increase in the porn movie industry out put. It's all about changing perspective and terminology folks.Making porn movies is not illegal in Ireland, auditioning for such a part isnt either, looking for actresses or models insnt illegal either. All you really need these days is a high quality phone and maybe a tripod to be legal in Ireland.

Me? I'm just heading for a relationship counselling appointment.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.
