I think that I've read here that it's a criminal offence to ask for or offer OWO in Germany - I could be wrong but Czech Republic might be the same.

i go every 3 month to prague and this is not the case in my case, i never had to ask for it as they all just sucked me without and that is the way it should, why would even even visit a escort who does not do it, better off at home wanking or riding the missus

In Prague, many providers will do OWO.

The prostitution is currently in a grey zone area and thus we don't really have such detailed legalization like for example our german neighbors, in place.
What is illegal is pimping.

Some girls offer OWO as part of their services, mostly independent high-class escorts, some, mostly those in private apartments will charge you 500 CZK for that.
And some :-) will try to charge you even more than 500 CZK if they see you are a horny tourist and 25 EUR/500 CZK is nothing for you.

Based on my knowledge it is not possible to just ask for OWO for 500 CZK in private apartments, you pay fixed rate for the time and have extras like OWO, COB, CIM etc..

I can't speak for other escorts but an average escort price starts on 200 EUR = 5.000 CZK per hour, high-class escorts charge 350 EUR per hour so thinking the escort would come only for OWO for 500 CZK = 25 EUR is slightly naive, I am afraid.
