I'm not sure if irish r the smelliest as I dont go much into public. But I'm sure they dont bother much with washing before sex.
Maybe thats the reason why their wives dont want to give them bj's ( sometimes is really only for strong stomachs) and then they need to pay someone for it to give some motivation.
I also know about few nations, who could easily compete with Irish in smelliness.
But still there r worse things a punter can provide then just being smelly down there. This is just unpleasant but not dangerous.

they cant smell themselves.They have developed such poor hygienic habits they dont even realise it.I cant understand how anyone could go a day without a shower but apparently some go weeks without.

Yes it's true, I have come to the conclusion from what I have read here and my own little experiment of taking note of the amount of smelly people that I come across, we are in general, smelly feckers that can't wash ourselves nor can we read unless it is txt format....
