Probably the best series of it's kind ever made.
Like so many other shows , they opt for quantity and the quality suffers.
Losing the main characters like Ragnar and Rollo has really affected the show for the worse .
Seeing them try to age Lagetha so much in one series is ridiculous. Hvitserg walked into a sauna withoit a hair on his scrawny little chest and were meant to believe he's a warrior.
The show is just becoming ridiculous especially considering its made for the "History" channel and is just a complete fiction featuring many different names from the real Viking Era.
The amount of people walking around now with what they think are actual Norse Vikings symbols is ridiculous too, nothing more than a scribble from an 18 century Iceland Christian book. We live in an age of Sheep mentality . Baaaa you fuckin cunts Baa

Best to ignore the mixed reviews.
Viking is a pretty damn great series, you'll love it.
The history however does seem to be a little mixed up, but still definitely worth watching.
