Ultimately I wouldn't worry about trying to contact them via PM, you will find most will not reply to you and many don't have forum accounts anyway - your best option is to pick up the phone and ring them.

The email you receive goes to your standard email account which will be with the provided that you are with, such as Hotmail, Yahoo and so on.
If you are asking about viewing PM's on the forums, then you find this in the 'Notifications'.
When you send a pm, and you go to messages why does it say you cannot access this page.
