Hi,

Sorry newbie to the forum, finally took the plunge and moved over here for a new job in Dublin. Although not new to the scene as used this site a number of times for advertisers on previous business trips over the past few years.

Understand that there is a new law that came in last year regarding it being illegal to pay an Escort for services.

Will be looking to leave reviews going forward but question is whether this could be used as evidence as it shows date, time and fee paid. Plus alot of comments on reviews I have read implicate sexual services being provided.

Someone explain please how this works. Thanks

I would say it's quite unlikely but you never know. EI's position is that they cooperate with police and won't do anything to help you if you find yourself in a sticky wicket. It's best to know that from day one.

So, logically, the best approach is not to leave reviews or post on the site. Advice which I really should be taking myself.

If that's all you leave in the reviews, then that's all that's known. To my knowledge, visiting an escort and giving them money is not a criminal offence.

It's a criminal offence to pay for sexual services. So unless you explicitly say in the review that you paid for sexual services, then the review doesn't prove anything.
