Ya came across him once , he’s always trying to extort money out of you.
Stay strong, don’t give him an inch he is breaking the law by taking pictures against your will, remember that.
He will threaten to call the guards but he’s in more trouble with them, so he’s bluffing.
Deny all and tell him you are calling them , call his bluff

Phone the guards with his description and say he tried to mug you. (not too far away from the truth)
They will likely not be able to do anything much from a phone call without a statement but they may drive past and have a word with him. Put the wind up him.

I know nothing of the details here, but keep the important points in your mind;

This guy just has photographs which show you in the street. Nothing else.

If he uploads those photographs somewhere, claiming that you visited an escort, you're in a position to sue him for libel. He doesn't have evidence that you actually paid someone for sex.

I think you should all just ignore him.
