OMG what a day!

I've been up since the crack of dawn overseeing the install of our fabulous new E-I phone system, so we can provide a better standard of customer service to the lovely ladies that advertise here. I don't usually mind managing workmen (telecoms engineers are essential glorified workmen), but it has been a long day.

And at 5pm this evening I found out there was a problem with our recorded messages that need to be loaded onto the system first thing tomorrow morning, but what am I supposed to do, the voiceover company we use closes at 5pm!?!

I found a voiceover company in Arizona, USA that claimed it had Irish staff for voiceovers and I thought - thank fuck - they are 8 hours behind so the day is only starting there, I can get them to do the voiceovers.
