Canada thanks to Harper doing exactly the opposite of what the supreme court mandated him to do actually has the SWedish Model anti sex worker law on its books to be implemented as each province sees fit. Trudeau has promised to repeal it and it has never AFAIK been enforced except in cases of suspected trafficking and other coersion, which is fair enough!
