Blurred Profile Pictures

So with all the rules pertaining to being unable to leave reviews once you say the dreaded "Not the girl in the pictures"
What's the story with these profile pictures that have had the faces completely blurred out so as to protect their identity ( to which I have no problem as it is their right to do so ) but to be honest sometimes you really don't know if it was the girl in the pictures or not. Can you state that you don't know if it was her in the pictures.
