I have tried topost reviews recently and when I put in details etc and I am finished I hit next button and nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?
Surely one does not have to give ones email address?

Yeah I'm having the same issue. Just nothing happens. I filled everything in, hit "next" and nothing happened. So I rewrote the review on my phone instead but missed the appointment duration button because it wasn't clear enough on the phone because its a phone screen so the review just disappeared. Total waste of time.

Is it me or is the form now less friendly. It allows you to go through the pages and complete your review and then pulls you up because you didnt complete one box. In my case euro or stg.
As a result i had to start again from the beginning including a new review itself. Could the information already enteed not have been retained?
I spend too much time on this site as it is

I think EI uses the same Customer Relations Company as Ryanair.

You just need to make sure that each section is filled in correctly.
It is a new setup, but it is quite easy to do.

If u miss a box it still lets you go to next page. Then two pages later you are told you have to start again

And after you have explained all, if you have missed the "what happened" box it sends you back to start again.
In the old system, it assumed if you reviewed the escort you had actually met. Not an unreasonable assumption, I would have thought.
