I agree with Taylor of Manchester, keep a note on your phone, even enter them as phone pest 1, phone pest 2, and so on, then you don't answer your phone when they ring back on that number.
ALSO, return the call, at 3 a.m., when they're in bed with the missus, or breakfast-time on a Sunday morning, or both. Make their phone unusable, or permanently on silent. If only once it's answered by the girlfriend or wife, it'll make it worthwhile for all the assholes you've missed.
