Default Magazine Report on The 'Last' Gangbang in Berlin

Zitty, a Berlin's listing and news magazine published an article on the wrole famous Erlebniswohnung gangbang party in Berlin. last month.

For an English translation right click on the article itself (not the picture) and scroll down the sub menu to Translate into English and click.

The Prostitute Protection Act came into being on July 1 throughout Germany and the main regulation has been to impose a fine of upto €50K, yes, €50K, on clients seeking sex without condoms and that includes blow jobs, within the context of sex for sale encounters.

Thankfully Mustapha's gangbang party at Erlebeniswohnung, is still going strong albeit with OW as the blow job rule.

If an escort provides this service how the hell will they enforce it?. What about tea bagging ? How do they intend to extract 50K from Johns who breach this law? The world just gets more absurd with each passing day as individual choice is eroded.

I was wondering exactly the same - how on earth will the cops know it there was a condom used or not and if there was then what service was it used for?

I assume it is some sort of safe sex/health issue aimed at escorts primarily. But surely this if necessary (not convinced it is) is more of an educational matter and not the preserve of the law.
Between this and a proposed 2 pint limit for women giving consent to have sex, the new criminalisation law I am glad I am starting to come to the end of my career.

Well the chief of police has said it's about as unenforceable as trying to stop people pissing in public swimming pools. Apparently, freelance escorts are offering OWO still as a matter of course. However in some sex clubs, mangagement are trying to enforce the law as they don't want hastle from the authorities. There was a report of one gobshite client in an FKK Club (large sex club) bragging to customers at the bar that he had got OWO and both himself and the lady were marched out of the club by management. Most likely to make an example of them and warn others, like a petty national school teacher attacking the first child to jump out of line!

The police have said there will be no undercover operations and the law is being challenged by The Prostitutes collectives and The Greens strongly oppose it.
There is also the possibilty that rad fems who want an outright ban on the sex for sale business will also challenge it in the courts as in their derranged view, it doesn't go far enough!

BTW where have you heard of the 2 pint limit as a max before a woman can still give consent, that is quite simply treating women as if they were intellectually disabled?

The Prostitution Protection Act came into force to clamp down on the rash of AO gangbangs throughout Germany. They don't just threaten German prostitutes. They threaten the human race with untreatable strains of gonnerrhea and syphilis, not to mention new forms of venereal disease just waiting to evolve.

And I would support a clampdown on AO events, but banning OWO is a step to far!
BTW there are reports of AO Gangbangs continuing there!
