The rates would be twice as much and the government would get half.

I'm guessing that they , like us the punters , are making less than they were last yr , and with todays budget and next decembers to come , will be earning even less again !

It's not about legalizes it, it's about ignoring it. Irish people think about sex FAR TO MUCH SEX, but yet THEY HAVE A HOLLIER THAN THU ATTUITE towards sex-
