We did upgrade servers at approx 4am - 9am this morning. (Anyone noticed E-I going faster today?) But I don't see how that would have messed up your profile.

No QPH I do not. Anyone can ring up and access my profile, all they need is my name and number. There are no passwords on profiles or anything. I now want one on mine.

All ads have a password now, but you may be correct that our staff are not yet always requiring password before doing updates when an escort telephones.

My profile now says I do not do incalls or outcalls so what the hell do I do.. My contact number is not even up anymore..

I can tell you the profile was edited at approx 6pm today. I presume that's when everything went wrong. I will check with staff tomorrow if they edited your profile at that time (i.e. this was staff mistake) or did you edit it yourself around that time?

Thank you for fixing my profile. I rang EI today at approx 4.20pm after paying for my profile and told the lady I will be in Limerick tomorrow and Friday and then Cork on Monday and Tuesday. I made no other changes. If I call again tomorrow would I be able to put a password on my profile for example "red" to avoid this happening again?

I have never ever been asked for a password. My profile was supposed to be in Athlone until mid night tonight and instead it was no where 2 be found until now from 6pm as you confirmed yourself. This is not good enough. I lost alot of advertising. I especially paid my profile today so Limerick would know I am coming tomorrow. Fair enough everyone makes mistakes but what if a reg of mine never contacted me and told me to check my profile, what then?? I wouldn't relise it until I was in Limerick tomorrow afternoon. Also if it is tech how come out of 579 profiles it is only mine? Surely other girls made payments today..

Now be honest Patricia credit where credits due the only reason E-I is faster today is because of Liz being on board to crack the whip on those techy’s. They’ve been spinning you a sob story about “slow servers” for years just to cover their arses like Scotty does on Star Trek but I saw Liz down in the E-I hub room knocking seven shades a shite out of them so you won’t be having that problem anymore.

That would suggest to me this was a tech error. You phoned for changes, then our staff made your changes, but as they hit submit their internet connection failed perhaps or somehow a half profile with only half of your details got submitted. Staff didn't notice the error and went on with their day. Errors like this shouldn't happen, but no matter how reliable we try to make our website, there are always occassional errors.

Yes you can set-up a password on your account anytime. You can phone to do this or do it yourself online.

If you go here, you can request your password is sent to your email address:
