So here's the high level for China - will break it down over a few posts per area. Ill add points as i think of em too
China Overall
There are 4 general (safe) options for punting in mainland China which are:
Pickup Bars
Normal enough bars you go into with regular prices that are generally full of working girls. They differ per city and some of the more high end bars will also have them. Generally you want to go to the more dedicated places. The pro for these is that there's rarely any scam involved and the girls will tend to stay with you for 3-4 hours depending on when you pick them up - the later the better. The cons - You have to get them back to your hotel and do a bit of sneaking to get them up the elevator. 5 star hotels are generally safe enough but will still make an issue of it if you're too obvious about it. Saunas
The safest option. The girls are tested monthly, you walk and walk out alone, shower provided, generally a wide selection.
Con - for tourists it can be hard to find one. If you do your research it aint that hard though and the girls available range from average to supermodels. An hour with a supermodel would set you back up to 700 yoyos fyi

Escorts
The vast majority of websites advertising escorts in China are fake. Do not use ******** etc unless you're in the mood for a scam.
Tips
Do not ever, ever, ever be lead somewhere by someone on the street. It is 110% going to be a scam and you will get absolutely burned up to the thousands of euro. Just walk away, no matter how appealing, walk the feck away
If its a low class joint, just be very aware that the girls are quite possibly trafficked. The girls in the saunas are generally there by choice. The girls in the massage places are quite often stuck due to debt or having been sold by their families or other horrible shit. Just keep it in mind - walk away if you get a sense of it - it's too common these days
It is illegal in china - simple as that. But it's overlooked most of the time. Escorts are the safer option here as saunas do get raided if the bossman hasnt been paying his bribes and for other reasons.
It's a stereotype - but some chinese women are genuinely afraid of white men. Be prepared to be turned away if they think you'll break them. The best sauna in Shanghai stopped allowing foreigners after some 12" lad sent a girl to hospital... If you see them struggling, just bloody stop
