    Default Recurring Dreams

Following on from fears and phobias does anyone have any recurring dreams?

One I get from time to time is been back at school. I'm the age I am now in the dream and I'm at school even though it's been a long time ago. I arrive at school and I forgot to do my homework the night before and I don't have a clue about any of the subjects This never happened when I was at school

Dont remember most of my dreams but I do remember a lucid dream. when i was in my twenties had this dream about this girl I knew and we were having sex. It felt so real honestly. I thought for ages that it did happen but alas it never did

I get that sometimes too. The dreams seem so real.

You can train yourself to control lucid dreams. Believe it or not, I've actually done this a couple of times - the last time was several months ago, so they're few and far between.

What you do is realise that you're dreaming in the middle of the dream. Normally, this realisation will "kick" your brain into waking you up back into the real world, but before you get kicked, you fixate on something inside the dream and interact with it (I usually pick the nearest female human under the age of fifty and start boning her), prompting REM sleep to continue. It's not crystal clear like the waking world - everything is still in that fuzzy dream haze - and unfortunately they're quite rare these days, but I have fond memories of being able to fly like Superman and walking through walls at will, but I still prefer fucking women I see every day who are normally out've bounds

I know what your talking about I had one Lucid dream years back. It was great fun.

I haven't had one though since. Infact I barely remember any dreams these days.
