  1. Default New Escort Agency needs your help & advice

Hello dear clients, punters and administrators of this homepage,

we are completely new on this board.
So please excuse us, if we will maybe not always be familiar with all the rules.

Since several years we are acting as an escort agency in different countries and we would like to become also active in dublin. However, at the moment we do not know how this business usually works in ireland.

There are especially two things which are important for us and we would be very glad to know your opinions about it:

    1) Client wishes

Our future clients are very important for us.
It is crucial for us that we provide exactly what our clients wish and that we have happy and satisfied clients. Therefore the following questions arise:
    - Which place is very central and easy to reach for you (D1, 2, 4)?
    - Is it important to have parking places near or bus station?
    - Do you normally book girls for outcall or do you prefer to visit them in their flat?

    2) Legal situation

We know that prostitution is not an offence according to irish law in ireland and it is extremely important to us to respect the laws of the countries we reside in.
How is it, can we just rent a flat for our girls and there can work there?
Do we need to register our activity at the police or somewhere else?

It would be great if an irish lawer could contact us for advice.
We would of course show our gratitutde in exchange .

    Thanks a lot
We will be happy to provide you an excellent service in the future.

    Best regards

Stay where you are, 'agencies' in Ireland are totally played out.

    @ anitasizzle

Could you please explain that further?
Maybe you have a wrong image of us.
We are not a "classical" agency. Initially we were a group of independent girls. But to work alone was a problem for most of us, because of security issues and because it is cheaper to work together and to rent flats together. Furthermore the organization is easier if you are a group.
That's why we established an agency together and more girls joined us. So, I would say that we are rather a group of girls than an agency.

Maybe you could just give us a chance?

There is a very heavy POLICE presence surrounding agencies in Ireland, and even if you presented yourself as a 'group of girls' that presence would be felt by all in the industry-independents, other agencies and punters alike. Because the police know that agencies are passing themselves off as indepentents, the police have started to target independents. I don't need that presence, so STAY WHERE YOU ARE

I see your point of view.
Everybody has the right of his own opinion .

    @ everybody

It will probably not make a lot of sense to discuss this issue here publically.
Seems that some persons might feel personally attacked by my questions.
It's however not my aim to start up a fight on this board.

I welcome any constructive comment and any help. Especially from lawers. All information will be treated absolutely confidential by us.
So, if you agree to help us, please do not hesitate to drop us a PM. We would be very happy to receive your constructive and helpful comments.
Of course we would express our gratitude to the users who really and constructively help us as soon as we have girls in ireland.

    Thanks a lot
We wish all users of this board a good time
    Have fun

Escorting is legal in Ireland when it's just one girl working alone in a building. Anymore than one girl is illegal and classed as a brothel under Irish law. Do you have a website which features your girls?
Help Keyla in her fight with cancer. Every little helps.
It could happen to any of us.

    @wildthang

    Thanks for your answer.
As I said, I am just collecting information prior to starting.
At the moment we don't know very much about irish laws.
To my knowledge Prostitution itself is not an offence under Irish law. However, the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act of 1993 prohibits soliciting or importuning another person in a street or public place for the purpose of prostitution. So there are activities connected to prostitution that are an offence of irish law, but not prostitution itself.

We are grateful for any kind of help.
So, please correct me if I am wrong

    Best regards
