I know that its the advice on here to not go through with an appointment if its not the lady in the pics. But what if you don't know that its not the lady in the pics until you see the full picture?
On a recent appointment, I visited a lady that blurs her face photos, but advertises ample natural breasts. On arrival, I met an attractive lady dressed to suggest a figure that matched the photos. It wasn't until well into the appointment that she removed her top to reveal a bad boob job.
I love natural boobs of all shapes and sizes but these were rock hard with visible scarring and had nipples going in different directions and completely put me off my stroke. A few minutes later I told her that it just wasn't working for me, got dressed and left. Quite clearly it wasn't the lady in the pics so I cannot review (She does allow reviews and not one review mentions her fake tits).
Now I'm thinking that the only way I could have established if she was the lady in the photos would be if I had examined her breasts earlier in the appointment.

So what do you think ladies. How would you feel if a client that you never met before insisted on grabbing a handful before parting with the cash?

I would find it difficult to identify a girl from seeing her breasts. Some girls I have seen regularly have different breasts almost every time I have seen them. One time, I met a girl with “natural breasts” with her upper chest still in bandages from her latest boob job.
As for “copping a feel”, you serious? 
This is often the problem. It is only when the door opens and closes and you have gone upstairs that you realise it isn’t the girl in the pictures. Sometimes it isn’t until the appointment is over and you maybe look at the ad again that you catch on it wasn’t the girl in the pictures. And as you say, you cannot warn anyone because you stayed and didn’t walk.

You can't beat the real thing. I can understand why some ladies feel pressurised to get implants and I have had discussions with a couple of ladies trying to persuade them not to get implants because in my opinion they were perfect as they were. One lady in particular was very slim and was probably a B cup and I had met her a few times and she was always talking about getting a boob job. I really couldn't understand because as she was so slim big boobs would just look abnormal. Haven't seen her for quite a while now and I hope she is happy whatever she decided to do.
