Good point, even though Paddy is leaving you don't do that to your boss in front of millions. Then there was the case where Hamilton threatened to quit Mercedes after the Spanish GP. If I was a team boss I'd be looking for stability and team player — Hamilton doesn't really tick either of those boxes.
