I saw the car too but they are not foreign guys in the car, i think they are undercover reporters or cops, i give it a wide berth and wont be punting for a while

I checked on Monday night and the security guys in the car were still there but they were gone when I checked their on Thursday + Saturday night. Hopefully these security guys are gone for good from these apartments.
