we are all different people.
we have got different taste and might see things differently.
how can you tell if a review is genuine or no with a 100% certainty? it is a very challenging tasks that we, Mods are facing every day.

But it makes it pointless, as youve admitted ,you only put up good reviews
and dont review bad/ poor encounters.
An escort on here who has approx 100 reviews and speaks only a few words of English, yet its never mentioned in reviews, in fact many have " a lovely chat afterwards " !
Like a poster said, find a few reviewers who have similar taste to you and who give honest accounts
