Regards us getting the Rat mark wrong sometimes...
I know a shared IP is not 100% proof two users are the same, but IP info certainly can prove useful to us in many cases.
I'm sure we don't always get the rat mark right, but I think we get it right most of the time, and if we do get it wrong and you complain we try listen to you and put it right.
The rat mark is a suspiction on our part, not 100% proof and most clients appreciate that if we do have serious suspictions, we mark the review accordingly. If we required 100% proof before we put a rat mark up, a rat mark would be a rare sight.
