Why isn't he straight?
According to the Colin's dictionary the definition of bisexual and homosexual are as follows.
Bisexual. Someone who is bisexual is sexually attracted to both men and women
Homosexual. Someone who is homosexual is sexually attracted to people of the same sex.
The dictionary clearly states that he need to be sexually attracted to the same sex to be categorised as bisexual or homosexually.

Because in my 15-20 years having sex with other men I have never been attracted to a guy.
