This confused me as well, as I struggled to recognise the Ana I know in the pictures.
I'm sure there was no deliberate attempt to be deceptive - that would be a very short-sighted plan.

The forum name is unique.
There will be no two forum's users with identical names.
However, the advert names can be the same.
For example there are many Sophias, Julias, Victorias advertising at the moment.
This is a rule established by the Advertising Team, that the advert's name does not need to be one of a kind.
I would recommend to the advertisers to contact the Advertising Team as this is a tricky one with the name Ana being quite popular.
