besides, we do take actions against trolls, there is no need to bully users who you suspect of trolling or abuse them.

As suggested before, why not a newbies section where only legitimate questions and sensible answers are allowed. Everything else gets deleted by mods as soon as noticed. Then make new posters wait a month. 48 hours would not be enough to stop the trolls, who can line up a string of fake profiles.
Once newbies discover forum search, they should not need to post until they have been here a while.

The problem is these forums are like Chinese whispers, you read something somewhere and then before you know it its firmly fixed as fact.
To the other issue, of sharing information about clients.
