Although our colleagues from the night shift do help us with the work load, please allow up to 24 hrs, as most reviews are assessed by the day staff and we work from 10 am to 6 pm.

You're telling me E-I is different than literally every other business on the planet that has a night shift? They're only there so the day shift scrubs have someone to point the finger at when it all goes wrong
