first date advice
So I'm actually going to go on a real date next week with a rather sexy lady I met off fetlife. Any advice? It's a dinner date so thinking of trying Jamie Oliver's place. Smart casual? Or suit?

I wouldn't bother with dinner date if it's the first time meeting. Imagine she bores the arse off you and you're stuck with her for a 3 course meal! A couple of drinks is usually a good way to check someone out,bor coffee and cake
Despite other suggestions here I don't think a lady should pay when on a date. She should offer but as a gentleman you shouldn't accept, in my opinion. Further down the line if she's a keeper you can accept her paying but on a first meeting, allowing her to pay makes you look like a skinflint.
Dont get hammered, you may say things you'll regret! Shots on a first date are fine, if you're 18
