Remember how people were saying that making the purchase of sex illegal would end the demand? Remember how they said that it would cause the supply to drop so that more sex workers could move on to other, "more acceptable", employment opportunities? Surprise surprise, Morrow's law hasn't worked in the way that they were hoping it would. The big difference between then and now, as Laura Lee says, is that 'the only people to have suffered have been sex workers, you know, the group the law was supposed to “save”'.
