Default Best sauce for Bacon Sandwich

Now, I'm a fan of whole grain mustard and of a bit of butter in mine, what's your condiment of choice when it comes to Bacon Sandwiches?
What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔

For me Cassandra it would be both ketchup and mayonnaise.

No sauce, just plenty of butter melting with the hot bacon, yum yum :-)

I am a heathen and have branston sauce and ketchup with a bacon sandwich. My Mum used to make a double decker sandwich, which I do now and again and it's a heart attack on a plate. You have a layer of bacon, middle later fried bread, then some sausages with a egg on top. (sauces as you wish). When you cut through the middle (triangular of course) you get all that oozy egg dripping down amongst the sausage and it's way too good. Not an every day thing, but rather scrummy.

10,000 years of Middle Eastern civilisation and the place is not at peace but rather in pieces.
