No you dont actually... Nobody really hates themselves... dissapointed, yes, but hate... not really.

Do something.... dunno, fitness... or whatever. I find peeps that I like and that like me... Works for me...

Hate is such a strong word, just like love. I love very few people.. true I like a lot of people but love is reserved for an elite small group. Likewise with hate. I can honestly say there is no one personally known to me whom I hate...Yes I dislike some to varying degrees and I dislike things they do but hate? No.

If someone did serious harm to someone I love I think I could hate that person.

I hate the actions of some people, but I do not hate the person. I may dislike some people and not wish to know them, but hate? Nah. However, I do hate anchovies, olives and beer and I hate illnesses that take away people I love.
