Guys do you think it makes sense to get HPV vaccination beforehand? Any idea if escorts here get any vaccinations done? As they say, precaution is better than cure ��

I think if you would like the extra protection a vaccination would give you then go for it, but make sure you get the right one. There are more than one type. The best is the vaccination which covers both cancerous and genital HPV, i believe that it is a quadrant vaccination, meaning there are four HPV types targeted. The once that deals just with the cancerous strain only targets two types of HPV.

Hi Jackson30....the sexual experience you have described only has a small risk for STIs. Generally the risk in this situation is viral (Herpes) also possible Gonorrhea if she had it in her throat, but that is theoretical risk rather than actual risk. Think back....could you see any sores around her mouth? The herpes that causes coldsores can transmit to the genital area. It doesn't become genital herpes then though....its is still a coldsore...it just feels much more painful and looks nasty.

HSV has two types (1 + 2) HSV 2 is genital but you can get HSV 1 on your genitals...

I do have a question though....did you use separate condoms (I assume you mean condom when you say cover) for the vaginal and anal?

I have been worried sick. I had a condom break with an escort. She told me she was clean but would not take a test. I know it's not right for me to ask her to take a test. I kept calling her and texting her asking her to test out. She has now blocked my number, rightly so I guess. Exactly 2 weeks I had fatigue,malaise,loss of appetite and started noticing rashes on my back.I also developed insomnia and had diarrhoea on a couple of days. I got tested with alere HIV combo test on day 18 and 26. Both of them came back negative. I then took two 4th gen ag/ab tests after 30 days. Both of them came back negative. After the tests on 30 days I got a rash on my shoulder which took 1 week to disappear.I also had low grade fever and sore throat for a couple of days which went away when I took tablet. I went to my doc at 6 weeks and he said results are good at 4 weeks. Do you think I should get tested again at 8 weeks ? If I have been having symptoms since 2 weeks would I not have turned up positive on the 30 day test ?

I am just so worried. Sorry about the rant. Any advise you have for me will be greatly appreciated.
