It is possible that they forgot that they had that on the advert when they shaved it off. Probably best to ask on the phone when booking and if they say shaved let them know that it says different on their advert. I think you have to accept that the profile will only give you an idea of what to expect. I have encountered many differences much bigger than the one you describe, including different hair colour, dramatic tattoos and piercings that were photoshopped out to protect identity etc.
Those surprises go with the territory, and I think you just hae to get used to them.

well if this matters to you that much, I would rather ask first.
It causes less upset to everyone if you "are rude and ask" instead of not doing that, carrying on with the appointment and posting a bad review afterwards.
