its hardly news, you got to ask how they are able to do cheap flights like this, look at how Sports Direct treat their employees, even worse with zero hour contracts etc but people still continue to buy their goods because they are cheap and people will still continue to work for them, its the same with Ryanair, people will always complain about them but will still use them because of what they can offer
