My worries were proved correct unfortunately. One of our worst performances of the year. Missed tackles were a big issue.

We have improved alot from last season however there is a way to go yet as the Saracens and todays game proves.

I saw Scarlets play in 1 of the Welsh derbies over the Christmas/New Year period and was impressed by them then. Then they had that win that I mentioned earlier in Thomond. They hammered the Ospreys. Their graph had been improving all the time so it was no surprise to me that they were so good.
    Congratulations to them.

Munster were really outplayed yesterday and there can be no doubt that the better team won. Overall it has been a reasonably encouraging season for Munster reaching the Pro 12 final and the Champions Cup semi finals, but Erasmus has more work to do before next season starts.

Erasmus to quit Munster and return to South Africa - had a six month get out clause in his contract.
Two South African teams are supposedly to play in the pro 12 from next September.

2 things from the departure of Erasmus

    1
It is very important that the remaining time left isnt just counting down time. There is a league to won and also there is the champions cup pool to get out of.

    2
The successor is so important. Keeping the progress made last season going. I realise that the new successor will have their own plans however we cannot afford to write off a season.

That is correct Ketchup. There will be 2 conferences in the new pro 14.

    Conference A Teams

Munster, Connacht, Ospreys, Cardiff Blues, Glasgow Warriors, Zebre Rugby, Toyota Cheetahs

    Conference B Teams

Leinster, Ulster, Scarlets, Edinburgh, Dragons, Benetton Rugby, Southern Kings

Each team will play 21 regular season games and face each other at least once. The Irish provinces will play each home and away.

Games played in South Africa will be played on a Saturday.

Just reading About it in the indo
Refreshing to see a new revamped competition
This could bring in the big bucks to compete against the French and Brit leagues.
I'd say SA see the potential too

There will probably be early teething problems. Will be interesting to see the fixtures list when it is released.
