Laptop problem

I hope you got it sorted, my solution is always, turn it off completely then turn it on again, I do tend to apply this to all devices, so far it hasn't failed me. Sorry but this is the extent of my technical knowledge

Hi thankyou all for your advice but i still have not got it sorted what happened was the mouse moved the screen to the bottom right and its small and i cant get it large i pressed F11 and it got the screen brigger but its that big the mouse cant click on to the button on the top right hand corner so i do have to turn of the laptop to start again i am not useing crhome now i am useing the older version x x x

O.K. not so locked tonight.

1/ Go to: Control Panel.

2/ Look for: Programs and Features. Click on it.

3/ Look for: Google Chrome. Click on it.

4/ Uninstall should appear at the top of the page.

5/ Hit that. Follow the steps.

6/ Once it is gone?

7/ Reinstall it again.

Hope that works babe. It is usually just the simple stuff that trips us up.

Hi Melinda, try again with the scrolling backward, in the opposite direction, this will make your screen smaller again.
Control+left button in mouse and scroll backward.

Do, it might work. Depending on what operating system you are running ... your OP is a little vague on details. I'm not expecting any details, I'm just saying what it looks like from a techy point of view.
