    1/ Go to: Control Panel.

2/ Look for: Programs and Features. Click on it.

3/ Look for: Google Chrome. Click on it.

4/ Uninstall should appear at the top of the page.

5/ Hit that. Follow the steps.

    6/ Once it is gone?

    7/ Reinstall it again.

Hope that works babe. It is usually just the simple stuff that trips us up.

Hi Melinda, try again with the scrolling backward, in the opposite direction, this will make your screen smaller again.
Control+left button in mouse and scroll backward.

Do, it might work. Depending on what operating system you are running ... your OP is a little vague on details. I'm not expecting any details, I'm just saying what it looks like from a techy point of view. The quickest way to get your problem sorted is to describe it to the IT guy like you are recounting a crime scene. IT guys are like detectives, the more clues you give them ...
